Essex Agricultural Technical High School Arboretum
On May 9 2025 Essex Agricultural Technical High School dedicated an arboretum on their Danvers campus. This was a long journey but the dedicated Arboriculture teachers and students completed the process.
The first step was filling out the appropriate paperwork.
The next step was to label the existing plants on campus. It was a lot of hard work but the school is now registered as a level 1 arboretum.
The teachers are grateful to the school and several other majors that supported this effort. They will continue to plant new trees and maintain existing plants of growing to a level two arboretum over time.
Mayer Tree Service is grateful to have a great relationship with the school, students and teachers. We are lucky to have many wonderful interns and alumni on our team.
